Klear Impakt Membership Disclaimer and Terms of Rebate Application

1. Membership Payment and Rebate Utilization

Current Klear Impakt members are eligible to apply any existing rebates issued under their account toward the cost of an active membership renewal or new membership enrollment. By maintaining membership with Klear Impakt, members acknowledge and consent to the company’s right to apply such rebates, at its sole discretion, to satisfy outstanding or unpaid membership dues.

In the event a member does not remit full payment for annual dues by the stated due date, Klear Impakt Management reserves the right to automatically allocate any earned or accrued rebates toward the payment of said dues. Any remaining unpaid balance after rebate application shall remain the responsibility of the member and must be settled in accordance with Klear Impakt’s payment policies.

2. Management Rights and Discretion

Klear Impakt reserves the right to interpret, amend, or enforce rebate and membership policies as deemed necessary to uphold the integrity and continuity of the membership program. The company may, at its discretion, modify rebate structures, eligibility criteria, or application terms upon providing reasonable notice to members through official communication channels.

3. Elite Access Package Administration

The Elite Access Package, offered in collaboration with Elite Dental Alliance, is managed and administered directly by Elite Dental Alliance as a strategic partner of Klear Impakt. Enrollment, administration, and associated member benefits for the Elite Access Package are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions established by Elite Dental Alliance. Klear Impakt bears no responsibility for the management, execution, or enforcement of benefits associated with this package beyond its partnership role.
